Luke San Antonio Visiting Chef Dinner Featuring Kelly Fields of Willa Jean

Now in its fourth installment, Lüke San Antonio and Chef John Russ’s Visiting Chef Series will this month host the award-winning pastry maven Kelly Fields of the soon-to-open Willa Jean Bakery on Thursday June 18th at 7pm.

Chef Kelly is the executive pastry chef of the Besh Restaurant Group where she oversees all the dessert programs at John Besh’s nine New Orleans restaurants. In addition, Kelly is slated to open her own restaurant and bakery Willa Jean this September.

On Kelly and John’s menu expect sweet-meets-savory dishes like Pigs in a Blanket with Apricot Mustard as well as seasonal NOLA favorites like Frogmore Stew.
