Session II: Healthy Roasting

On Sunday, August 27th from 10am-12pm, Chef Dave will hold the second session of the CHEF series. The second immersive class of the CHEF series will cover healthy roasting, and Chef Dave will guide students through the processes of roasting vegetables and salmon properly.
