Gulf Shrimp, Prime Tenderloin, and other seafood, beef and wild game are house specialties. Chef Balfour seeks out Texas-based game and seafood along with locally grown produce, and combines these with ingredients from around the globe, from Hawaiian Blue Prawns to Kurobuta Pork Ribeye.
