Texas Monthly Presents Fire & Smoke at Hotel Emma

Join us at 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 6th at the luxurious Hotel Emma to celebrate diversity of dining in Texas and a great love of barbecue. Texas Monthly brings its Fire & Smoke series to San Antonio to combine the "Fire" of acclaimed chef John Brand of Supper at Hotel Emma, and the "Smoke" of pitmaster Tim Rattray of The Granary 'Cue & Brew, one of Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ joints in Texas.
The exclusive reception, embellished with the latest model Porsche Vehicles, will begin the evening with El Mayor Tequila cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The guests will then be treated to a multicourse gourmet dinner made with locally raised beef from 44 Farms, fusing together the diverse food cultures of Texas.
