Poet's Walk - Caregiver Support Group

Join us Thursday February 23rd at 6 p.m. for a caregiver support group. Speaker Col. Glenn Hover, USAF (Ret), of VITAS Hospice Veteran Liasion, will cover acceptance in Alzheimer's and Dementia.
