PANTERA!! Formed in late January of 2009, Cowboys was the brain child of Ed Razor (formally of national recording artists Pissing Razors and Ministry) as a tribute to his friends Dime and Vinnie. His vision was simple, recreate what it was like to be at a Pantera show. They do this with a huge stage production including Monster stage lighting, a drum riser like Vinnie Paul used to use, count them 28 Krank cabinets, this show defiantly recreates the feeling of a Pantera show.

Cowboys From Hell Paso is no ordinary tribute band, the are the BIGGEST Pantera tribute band in the world. They are the only Pantera tribute band to be endorsed by Digitech, Sabien, Ampeg, Krank, Vic Firth, Pearl, Peavey, and Dean Guitars. Not to mention they are the only tribute band to get the ok and support from the Legends own Widow Rita “Lady Dime”, and Vinnie Paul, and not to forget Ride For Dime. Fresh off a 2 week run through Texas, Cowboys HAVE BEEN PLAYING TO SOLD OUT CLUBS.. Including Pantera's home of DFW.. With band members like Ed Razor, who has multiple credits to his name. Ed Razor is one of the founding members of Pissing Razors. His Years in the music business over shadows the credits to his name. Producer, House Engineer, and Musician. Ed has been playing for over a decade professionally and has multiple recordings, toured the world, and has been in several national touring acts such as Ministry.

Matt on vocals, is a 17 year veteran of metal music. Matt has been the point man in everything from local metal bands to regional serious hardcore metal touring acts such as The Hate Campaign. Matt brings to the stage a metal edge persona and performance and a fierce carefree motto “Only thing I like to do is bring it fucking hard!!!”

Geo on bass has been a professional musician for over 15 years and has played in every type of band from cover to regional touring act Stress from Dallas, TX. A vocalist, song writer, and all around musician, Geo brings to the table a professional hard working ethic that being perfect is not enough, YOU HAVE TO BE THE BEST!!!

Ernest “Nickel Sack” Mendiola, on Guitars is the final touch. Ernest was influenced by his father at an early age to pursue music. Playing guitar for over 14 years, Ernest got turned on to Pantera by a friends older brother. Blown away by the way Dime played, he knew right then who was going to take his playing to another level. Ernest has studied his idol and learned to emulate what the guitar god did! With a persona like the late great Dime Bag, Ernest brings a talent that makes the room light up as he’s speaking or playing guitar.

Put together the talented members, the monster stage production, you’ve got Cowboys From Hell Paso. Cowboys plan to take this show on the road, bringing the authenticity of Pantera with it.
