About A State of Color : Neon Riot w/ Slander, Getter, & HeRobust

Though they have been perfecting their craft since 2010, Slander has entered the dance music scene with the feel of an overnight success story. Veteran DJ's as well as skilled producers, their releases have catalyzed a devout following, garnered millions of listens, and even has seen them craft their own genre dubbed "Heaven Trap."

Even with their rapid rise, they are no stranger to support from the industry's top producers including Skrillex, DJ Snake, Flosstradamus, Diplo, Porter Robinson, and Adventure Club. With past performances at Nocturnal Wonderland, TomorrowWorld, Something Wicked, and more, Slander has had the opportunity to show their tracks are festival worthy. The best venues from coast to coast have brought the LA duo out to headline, including Webster Hall (NYC), The Mid (Chicago), Create (Los Angeles), and they just recently signed a long term deal with the #1 club in North America, XS Las Vegas, alongside fellow residents Avicii, Deadmau5, David Guetta, and Zedd. Undeniably the fastest growing act in dance music, Slander is poised to make 2015 their year.

If you walk into a dubstep room at a show in the Bay Area and hear a really filthy and brand-new sounding bassline, most likely the young man behind it is the one who goes by Getter.

Getter has played shows with the best artists in dubstep today, such as Rusko, Downlink, Eprom, Subvert, Noah D, Nit Grit, Megalodon, and Borgore — not to mention sharing the stage at Vital SC's Wobbleland with world class talents Skrillex, 12th Planet, Kastle, Jakwob, and Nero.

"Everyone tells me that when I play shows, there's never a calm track or a track that isn't filthy," Getter says. "I like that… so I improve it by getting the biggest, filthiest tracks I can get my hands on."

Besides the prolific Chronos Records, Getter is also associated with Ultragore and Tuff Love Dubs, the latter of which released "The Monsta" EP by We Bang, which features the We Bang/Getter collab "Bad Tingz." Another track available on Beatport is "Cybertron Disco," a heavy yet melodic composition that was featured on last month's "Saucerface" compilation album released by MalLabel Music.

Be prepared to experience raw and bass-heavy dubstep by the legendary powerhouse GETTER.

HeRobust, otherwise known as Hayden Kramer, is an electronic producer from Atlanta, Georgia. In the short, two year existence of HeRobust, Kramer's hip-hop inspired bass music has quickly garnered the attention of online media giants such as Rolling Stone, Vice, The Huffington Post, and MTV. 2012 saw a relentless release of music from Herobust. His downtempo beats got him attention from tastemakers such as Mad Decent and XLR8R, while his bass heavy remixes landed him as the second fastest growing artist on social media for fall on 2012 according to Billboard's Next Big Sound. 2013 has seen tours with Big Gigantic, Gramatik, and headlining and festival dates across the United States. It has also seen a barrage or original single's and EP's to critical acclaim. His busy schedule has paid off, getting his tracks played out by the likes of Skrillex, Bassnectar, Pretty Lights, and DJ Shadow. His latest effort, released via the infamous LA based label SMOG, SHEKNOWSHEBAD has received the support from legendary names such as Flux Pavilion, Dillon Francis and Kill The Noise. With a stacked touring schedule with Gramatik and Pretty lights, 2013 is shaping to launch heRobust into places never thought possible by the prolific young beatsmith.
