Real Estate Loans
Finance up to $2,000,000.00 on existing real estate property for a term of up to 180 months, or up to $1,000,000.00 for a term of 12 months for your new construction/development project.* * Maximum amount available for a first lien is 75% loan to value. Unimproved real estate maximum is 60% loan to value, and the maximum amount available for construction and development loans is 65% loan to value.
 
Conventional Business Loans
Our conventional business loans can be used for a wide variety of reasons; to purchase new/needed equipment, to expand or remodel your existing office/retail space, or to make other investments in your company's future growth. Borrow up to $60,000 unsecured, or up to $500,000 secured* for a term of up to 84 months! * Qualifying collateral on a secured loan includes a first lien or purchase money lien on business assets.
 
Short-Term Business Loans/Business Revolving Line of Credit
In need of funds to cover payroll; provide working capital; or to reach other short term objectives? We can help with a short-term loan amount of $5,000 - $25,000 for a term of up to 60 months! Or, for funds that can be used for any general purpose, apply for a business line of credit for $5,000 - $50,000! Businesses need access to affordable services to help contribute to their success. Whether your business is a small, family-owned enterprise or well-established organization, having the right business services is essential.
