Shops charge about $40-$100 for 2 wheels plus give you parts that are cheap at an outrageous price, and you have to go leave your car with them or go over to the shop. I charge $40 for two wheel brake pads or $65 all around Disc Brake Pads and you buy your quality parts at autozone with lifetime warranty and i come to you to replace them for you.
